- Confirm that the agent has been deployed successfully and the task queue is active.
- Check the posting schedule and ensure the time zone settings align with your platform’s preferences.
- Review the agent’s permissions to verify it has access to perform the required actions, such as posting or commenting.
- Make sure the platform is online and not experiencing downtime or connectivity issues.
