  • Verify your login credentials for the platform are correct and that your account is active.
  • Check for any restrictions or bans on your social account that might block third-party integrations.
  • Ensure the platform is supported by Unstaked and is included in the agent’s configuration.

4.2 Agent Actions Not Appearing on Platform

  • Confirm that the agent has been deployed successfully and the task queue is active.
  • Check the posting schedule and ensure the time zone settings align with your platform’s preferences.
  • Review the agent’s permissions to verify it has access to perform the required actions, such as posting or commenting.
  • Make sure the platform is online and not experiencing downtime or connectivity issues.

4.3 Error During Platform Authentication

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reconnecting your account.
  • If you’re using multiple accounts on the same platform, log out of other sessions to avoid conflicts.
  • Ensure your platform API or integration settings are up to date and active.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the platform through the Unstaked dashboard.
